Ultron's speech tells everyone that humans need to evolve and that they are puppets. Ultron is kind of right because we are controlled by society. Ultron speaks about evolution because humans are polluting everything (see The Future post I made on my other website Keep the World Weird). If you have seen that post already you will know that humans will no longer be able to pollute.
So far not so evil
The only problem is that Ultron goes mad and tries to destroy the earth. So in the scheme of things Ultron is right except he is let down by the fact that he is a PSYCHO KILLER DICTATOR NUT JOB!!!.
